Changmao Qi



Changmao Qi, Senior Engineer and Master's Supervisor, first level safety evaluator, registered safety engineer, safety standardization reviewer, and occupational health evaluator. He graduated from Beijing Forestry University. He is a member of the Functional Safety and Information Security Professional Committee of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association, a member of the Safety Standardization Committee of the Market Supervision Administration, a national and Beijing hazardous chemical safety expert, a national defense mobilization and chemical prevention expert, a professional in compliance supervision and evaluation of enterprises involved in the case in Beijing, and an expert from the Chinese Academy of Safety Sciences, Beijing Emergency Research Institute, and Safety Production Federation.

He has been engaged in long-term research and technical services related to safety production policies, standards, documents, standard reviews, safety management, safety evaluation, safety standardization, emergency plans, hidden danger investigation, accident investigation, occupational health, etc. related to hazardous chemicals, with rich practical experience. He co-authored multiple academic books and contributed to the development of 3 local standards and 1 industry standard. He has participated for many years in inspections of relevant provinces by the State Council Safety Committee and the Ministry of Emergency Management, as well as safety supervision work by the Beijing municipal government on commissions, offices, bureaus, district governments, and group companies. He has led and organized the safety assessment and on-site review work for the renewal of licenses of all hazardous chemical production enterprises in Beijing over many years. He has been heavily involved in national and Beijing-specific ammonia rectification projects, review of "three simultaneities" construction projects, safety evaluations of hydrogen energy projects, emergency plan evaluations, safety standardization reviews, standardization renovation of gas stations, industrial Internet application, automation transformation for "two important and one major" decisions, special rectifications in liquor enterprises, internal gas station rectifications, safety hazard corrections in laboratories of medical institutions, universities, and research institutes, safety instrument rectifications, special rectifications of chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises, smart safety laboratories, and digital management and control systems for hazardous chemicals.
