Jing Shen



Jing Shen, associate professor and master's supervisor, graduated from China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering. She obtained her PhD in Safety Technology and Engineering from the same university in 2016. From 2016 to 2018, she conducted postdoctoral research at the Beijing Safety Engineering Technology Research Institute. In July 2018, she joined Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology to engage in teaching and scientific research.

I. Research directions 

1. Early warning and risk assessment of gas leakage and explosion disasters;

2. Study on the spontaneous combustion tendency of materials and thermal analysis.
