Yitao Liu

 



 

Yitao Liu, male, was born in March 1985 in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is a Lecturer and Master's Supervisor. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Lanzhou Jiaotong University in 2009, a Master of International Finance and a Master of Professional Accounting from Deakin University, Australia in 2012, and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2019. From 2012 to 2017, he worked in financial institutions such as Baoshang Bank and Yangguang Furun Asset Management, engaged in industry research, financial product design, and corporate due diligence. He currently works at the Department of Accounting, School of Economics and Management, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology.

 

I. Main Research Areas

(1)     Corporate governance theory (Main directions: external governance mechanisms, ESG disclosure and evaluation, etc.);

(2)     Corporate finance theory (Main directions: mezzanine financing, financial derivatives, capital asset pricing, etc.);

(3)     Research on forestry carbon sinks and ecological value (Including: pricing, auditing, and incentive mechanisms, etc.).
