Wenxin Hu

 



 

Wenxin Hu, a native of Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia, holds a Doctor of Economics degree. She is an Associate Professor and serves as a Master's Supervisor. She graduated from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Southeast University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree; obtained a Master of Economics degree from the School of Economics and Management, Inner Mongolia University in 2016; and earned a Doctor of Economics degree from Renmin University of China in 2020. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, Deputy Director of the Department of Business Economics, and Deputy Director of the Research Center for Enterprise Development and Management Innovation.

Her research focuses on compensation management and performance design in the field of auditing. She currently serves as an anonymous reviewer for journals such as Economic Management. As a principal investigator or core member, she has completed more than 10 research projects commissioned by enterprises and institutions. She has published over 10 academic papers indexed in CSSCI/SSCI as the first author or corresponding author and has authored one monograph.
