Ling Xu
Ling Xu was born in 1974 in Xinxiang, Henan Province, holds a Ph.D. in Economics and completed postdoctoral research in Law. She is a Lecturer and Master's Supervisor. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Zhengzhou University in 1997, a Master's degree in Technological Economics and Management (Accounting direction) from Beijing Institute of Mechanical Industry (now Beijing Information Science & Technology University) in 2003, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Renmin University of China in 2009. She completed her postdoctoral research in Environmental and Resource Protection Law at the Law School of Renmin University of China in July 2012. Since August 2012, she has been working at the Department of Accounting, School of Economics and Management, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology.
Her research focuses on the formation, iteration, and evolution of the network economy, and studies issues related to climate change and the low-carbon economy from the interdisciplinary perspectives of network economy, circular economy, and environmental and resource protection law.
She has participated in and presided over multiple national, provincial, and horizontal research projects, led four educational reform and research initiatives, and guided students in several Undergraduate Research Training (URT) projects. He has authored one monograph and multiple research reports, and published several papers as the first or corresponding author in core domestic and international journals such as Economic Perspectives, Teaching and Research, and Ecological Economy.
