
Yuanchao Liu, male, born in 1977, native of Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province, PhD, associate professor and master's supervisor. He graduated from Northeast Electric Power University with a Bachelor of Science degree in thermal energy and power engineering in 1999, graduated from Dalian University of Technology in 2006 with a master's degree in thermal energy engineering and graduated from North China Electric Power University in 2010 with a PhD in thermal energy engineering. Since July 2010, he has been teaching and researching in the Department of Energy Engineering in the School of Mechanical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology.
He conducts researches in the field of energy efficient utilization and energy saving and emission reduction technologies and equipment, and teaches the graduate degree course of Advanced Engineering Thermodynamics. He is both a member of the Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics and the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering. He chairs and participates in projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, projects of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission's Science and Technology Program, and horizontal project research commissioned by multiple enterprises. He maintains close contact with domestic peers, and actively cooperates with enterprises to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. He has published more than 50 academic papers, 20 of which have been retrieved by SCI / EI, and has authorized 7 national patents as the first inventor.
