Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology Achieved Outstanding Results in the 11th Beijing University Student Engineering Design Expression Competition
Recently, the award results for the 11th Beijing University Student Engineering Design Expression Competition and the 18th “Higher Education Cup” National University Student Advanced Graphic Technology and Product Information Modeling Innovation Competition Beijing Selection Round were announced. BIPT achieved outstanding results, securing one team first prize, six team second prizes, one individual first prize, ten individual second prizes, and seventeen individual third prizes.
The School of Mechanical Engineering selected 52 students to compete across multiple categories, including additive manufacturing, lightweight design, innovative design, mechanical engineering 3D modeling, and mechanical engineering 2D modeling. Under the guidance of faculty members from the Engineering Graphics Teaching and Research Office, the participants underwent three months of intensive training and intense competition, achieving remarkable results that fully demonstrated their strong engineering design capabilities and outstanding innovative skills.
