
Chuantong Zhang (1978- ), male, Luoyang, Henan, Doctor of Management, Associate Professor, Master’s Supervisor, Doctoral Supervisor, and the Responsible Professor of Tourism Management of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He graduated from Tianjin University of Commerce with a bachelor's degree in tourism management in 2001, majoring in economics; in 2007, he graduated from Beijing International Studies University with a master's degree in Tourism Management; in 2015, he graduated from China Agricultural University with a doctor's Degree in Agricultural Economic Management.
He mainly engaged in the research of Brand Marketing, Tourism Planning and Design, Integration of Agriculture and Culture and Tourism, Agricultural Brand Development. As the project leader, he undertook and completed 1 social science fund project of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and 15 horizontal projects commissioned by enterprises, and participated in 1 project of the National Social Science Foundation of China, and in 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and in 10 provincial and ministerial projects. He published more than 20 academic papers as the first author, 15 of which have been published in core journals, 1 indexed by EI (JA), and 4 Included by CSSCI. He published 2 monographs and participated in the editing of 7 books.
Social part-time: he concurrently serves as an expert in the national undergraduate graduation thesis (design) sampling and review expert database; the doctoral supervisor at Shinawatra International University in Thailand; the master's practice tutor in Beijing Technology and Business University; concurrently serves as a guidance expert for the development of rural folk tourism in Beijing; a counseling expert for the development of leisure agriculture in Beijing; the tourism development guidance and consulting expert in Wusu, Xinjiang and the expert of Beijing Tianxia Intelligent Travel Planning and Design Institute.
