 Siqi Li, male, born in October 1989 in Chengde, Hebei Province, holds a Ph.D. in Management. He is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northeast Forestry University in 2011, his Master's degree in Business Management from Renmin University of China in 2013, and his Ph.D. in Business Management from Renmin University of China in 2016. From 2014 to 2015, he was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Minnesota, USA. He currently serves as the Deputy Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology.

His main research areas include Corporate Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Digital Transformation Innovation. He has presided over and participated in numerous research projects in the fields of management and strategy. He has published multiple papers, of which 10 are indexed in SSCI, CSSCI, or Peking University Core Journals.
