
Ying Qiu holds a Ph.D. in Management and is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Management from the School of Management, Shandong University, in 2010, a Master's degree in Management from the same school in 2012, and a Ph.D. in Management from Beijing Jiaotong University in 2016. From 2014 to 2015, she was a visiting scholar at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, United States. She has presided over and participated in more than ten research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Fund, the Beijing Social Science Fund, and the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and has published more than 20 academic papers, including 18 indexed by SCI/SSCI/CSSCI/EI. She has published one monograph and co-edited one book.
