Xiaohong Zhang
Xiaohong Zhang was born in 1970 in Tianshui, Gansu Province, he holds a Ph.D. in Management. He is a Professor, Master's Supervisor, Beijing Great Wall Scholar, and Beijing Teaching Master. He obtained his Master's degree in Enterprise Management from Capital University of Economics and Business in 2001 and his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and Management from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2007. He completed his postdoctoral research at the Agricultural Information Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2011. He currently serves as the Director of the Research Center for Enterprise Development and Management Innovation, School of Economics and Management, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, the Discipline Leader for Business Administration, and the Responsible Professor for the Marketing major.
He has long taught courses such as Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Management Simulation. His research focuses on enterprise strategy, human resources, management systems, employee incentives, compensation management, knowledge management, intellectual capital management, and intelligent management. He concurrently serves as a Council Member of the China Institute of Enterprise Management, a Council Member of the Enterprise Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Development Strategy Studies, a Council Member of the Beijing Big Data Association, and a Council Member of the Capital Enterprise Reform and Development Research Society. As a project leader, he has undertaken and completed 14 projects, including National Social Science Fund projects, National Soft Science Research Plan projects, Beijing Social Science Fund projects, Beijing Outstanding Talent projects, and enterprise-commissioned projects. He has published 16 monographs, translations, and compilations with publishers such as Tsinghua University Press, China Renmin University Press, Economic Science Press, Chemical Industry Press, and China Agricultural Science and Technology Press. He has published over 50 papers in journals including Chinese Management Studies, China Soft Science, Forum on Science and Technology in China, Research on Economics and Management, and Enterprise Management.

Selected as "Beijing Young Backbone Talent" in 2008, "Beijing Young and Middle-aged Backbone Teacher" in 2010, promoted to Professor in 2015, and selected into the Outstanding Discipline Leader Cultivation Plan of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology in the same year. He was rated as "My Favorite Excellent Teacher" by students in 2016, selected into the "Beijing Great Wall Scholar" cultivation plan in 2017, and selected as "Beijing Higher Education Teaching Master" in 2024.
