Xin He
Xin He, was born in January 1970 in Xichong, Sichuan Province, holds a Ph.D. in Management and is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor. He graduated from the Department of Automation at the University of Petroleum (East China) in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree. In 1999, he obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Automation from Tianjin University. In 2004, he received a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering (major in Technological Economics) from the School of Management at Tianjin University. From 1994 to 1996 and from 1999 to 2001, he worked at the CNPC Pipeline Bureau. Since 2004, he has been with the Department of Business Administration, School of Economics and Management, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology.
