Hongli Zhao



                   

 Hongli Zhao was born in June 1988 in Kuqa, Xinjiang. She has been an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology since September 2017. She earned her Ph.D. in Economics from Xiamen University that same year.

Her research focuses on macroeconomic theory and policy, energy economy and energy policy, energy conservation and emission reduction, and carbon emission reduction. She has presided over 2 provincial and ministerial-level research projects, 1 teaching reform project of the Beijing Higher Education Society, and 1 university-level key teaching reform project, and participated in 5 national and provincial-ministerial projects. She has edited one academic monograph and published over 10 academic papers, 7 of which appeared in Q1 SCI journals (top 10%, TOP journals). She serves as a reviewer for SCI journals such as Energy, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Energy Policy. In 2021, she received the honors of Excellent Homeroom Teacher (Academic Advisor) and Excellent Graduation Thesis Advisor.
