
Di Yao was born in December 1987 in Anshan, Liaoning Province. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She is currently with the Department of Business Administration, School of Economics and Management, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, where she serves as Deputy Director of the Department of Business Administration, Secretary of the Discipline of Business Administration, and Deputy Director of the Emergency Management and Intelligent Decision-making Research Team. She has presided over and participated in 8 research projects, including a Major Project of the National Social Science Fund of China, projects funded by the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences, the Beijing Social Science Fund, the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and the Beijing “14th Five-Year Plan” Education Science Program. She has published more than 30 academic papers and authored one monograph.
