
Yuanyuan Cao, was born in 1991 in Lvliang, Shanxi Province, holds a Ph.D. in Management and is a Lecturer and Master's Supervisor. She obtained her Bachelor of Management degree from Shanxi University in 2014 and her Ph.D. in Management from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2020.
Her research focuses on auditing, corporate governance, and capital markets. As a project leader, she has undertaken one National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project and one university-level key teaching reform project, and has participated in multiple National Natural Science Foundation and Social Science Foundation projects. She has published over 10 CSSCI/SCI/SSCI papers and authored one monograph.

(2) Research on the tunneling defense effect of family business major shareholders and audit governance;
(3) Analysis of the mode and process of Party and State audit supervision.
