Hui Jia



 

Hui Jia was born in 1978 in Tianjin, holds a Doctor of Economics degree. She is an Associate Professor and serves as a Master's Supervisor. She graduated from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor of Economics degree in International Trade English in 2001; She obtained a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Leicester (UK) in 2004; and in 2013 She earned a Doctor of Economics degree in Labor Economics from Capital University of Economics and Business. Since July 2013, she has been a faculty member at the School of Economics and Management, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology

Her research focuses on enterprise performance evaluation, human resource management, employment, and social security. She holds the National Level 2 Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and CIMA Advanced Diploma in Accounting (UK). As principal investigator, she completed 4 projects (e.g., Beijing Social Science Foundation, Beijing Municipal Commission of Education Science and Technology Program). As core participant, she contributed to 4 projects (e.g., Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation, Ministry of Civil Affairs Science and Technology Program). She has published numerous academic papers, 1 monograph, and won 2 provincial-level theoretical innovation awards (1 Second-Class, 1 Third-Class).
