Fang Wang is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor in the School of Information Engineering. She holds a degree in Computer Science from Beihang University. Recognized as a Young Core Talent of Beijing Municipal Universities, she also serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Language Intelligence Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence. Her research focuses on data mining and artificial intelligence, with particular expertise in natural language processing, text information processing, intelligent text analysis, and image recognition. She has published over 10 high-level academic papers and holds 2 invention patents. As a project leader, she has presided over research initiatives including the Young Core Talent Project supported by the Beijing Municipal Organization Department and the General Project of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission’s Science and Technology Development Plan. She has also undertaken several industry projects, such as the development of data annotation tools for domain experts and an intelligent safety prediction and early-warning system for gas stations.
