
Jianjun Zhou, male, born in December 1977, holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and currently serves as an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor. He earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Electrification from China Agricultural University in 2009. From July 2009 to May 2015, he was an Associate Researcher at the Agricultural Information Technology Research Center of the Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences. Since May 2015, he has been working as an Associate Professor at the School of Information Engineering, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology. His research and teaching focus on the development and application of intelligent detection and artificial intelligence. He specializes in applying technologies such as AI, the Internet of Things, and deep learning to industrial and agricultural fields, including fault diagnosis, automatic navigation, and safety production.
He is a Senior Engineer and a member of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering. He has led several research projects, including one funded by the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, one Young Scientists Fund from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one sub-project under the National High-Tech R&D Program (863 Program), and one general project from the Science and Technology Development Plan of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education. Additionally, he serves as a peer review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and a financial review expert for the National Key R&D Program. He has published over 30 academic papers, including 16 as the first or corresponding author, of which 9 are EI-indexed. He holds 26 authorized patents, including 6 invention patents, with 8 as the primary contributor, and has obtained 12 software copyrights. In teaching, he offers the graduate course "Intelligent Detection Theory and Technology" and has supervised 9 postgraduate students, 4 of whom have graduated.
