
Jun Yang, born in 1985, Doctor of Engineering, Senior Engineer, Master's Supervisor. He graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University in 2015, and worked at a subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China from 2015 to 2019. He currently serves as a faculty member at the Department of Electrical Engineering in Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology.
He has long been engaged in technical research in the fields of smart distribution networks and smart microgrids. He is a Senior Member of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, a Science Communication Expert, and a member of the Modeling and Simulation Group of the Power System Specialized Committee. He has undertaken more than ten scientific and technological projects in the field of smart distribution networks, and published over 15 papers in core journals as first author or corresponding author.
Master's students with backgrounds in power systems, computer science, information technology, or related fields are preferred.
