Bin Wang
Bin Wang, male, born in July 1992, Linqing, Shandong Province. He holds a Doctor of Engineering degree and is currently a lecturer and Master's Supervisor. He obtained his Ph.D. in Automatic, Robotics, and Computer Vision from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in Spain. He now works at the Department of Automation in the School of Information Engineering, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology.
His research focuses on the modeling, parameter identification, and intelligent control of complex electromechanical systems. He currently holds a concurrent position as a council member of the Beijing Internet of Things Society. He was awarded a joint scholarship by the China Scholarship Council and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He has led several projects, including one under the Zhiyuan Research Fund of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, one funded by an enterprise, and one teaching reform project at Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology. He has published 10 academic papers, including 5 indexed by SCI and 5 indexed by EI, and holds one software copyright.
