
Caimei Wang, born in February 1991, Master's supervisor. Her Bachelor's degree in Material Forming and Control Engineering from Tianjin University in 2014, Master's degree in Materials Processing from Tianjin University in 2017, and Ph.D. in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Tianjin University in 2021. She was employed at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology in July 2021.
She is engaged in research on welding metallurgy, corrosion protection of metal materials, high-entropy alloy cladding layers, and additive manufacturing. She is the principal investigator of projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and she presided over interdisciplinary scientific exploration programs, the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Welding and Joining, and various industry-sponsored projects. She was selected for the Beijing Association for Science and Technology's Young Talent Support Program for the 2023-2025 term. As the first author or corresponding author, she published 24 SCI papers, filed 2 patent applications, published one monograph, and received one provincial/ministerial-level first prize for scientific and technological progress. She serves as a reviewer for international academic journals such as the Journal of Manufacturing Processes, Materials & Design, and Journal of Alloys and Compounds.
