
Junfen Huang, female, born in April 1975 in Daqing, Heilongjiang Province, holds a Doctor of Engineering degree. She is an Associate Researcher and a Master's Supervisor. She graduated from Jilin University of Technology (now part of Jilin University) with a Bachelor's Degree in Welding Technology and Equipment in 1998. In 2001, she obtained a Master's Degree in Materials Processing Engineering from Jilin University, and in 2005, she earned her Doctor's Degree in the same major from Beijing University of Technology. Currently, she works in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
She engages in scientific research related to machine vision sensing and welding process control for automated welding equipment, as well as visual navigation and motion control for medical rehabilitation robots.
She has presided over a total of 4 projects, including the Sub-task of the National Key R&D Program Project and the Youth Fund Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). As a core member, she has participated in 2 National Key R&D Program projects, 1 NSFC General Program project, 1 jointly funded project by the Beijing Natural Science Foundation and the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, 3 Beijing Science and Technology Plan projects, and more than 10 horizontal projects.
She has publicly published over 40 academic papers, among which more than 10 are indexed by SCI/EI. She has obtained 14 national patents and 2 software copyrights.
