
Qingyang Gu, female, born in 1989, Ph.D., Professor, Master's Supervisor. She obtained her Bachelor's degree from the Department of Chemistry, Harbin Normal University in 2010, and her Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Beijing Normal University in 2015 through a combined master-doctoral program. She has been working at the School of Chemical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology since September 2015.
Her research focuses on the preparation and properties of organic/inorganic composite materials, as well as the preparation and pharmaceutical properties of inorganic nanodrug carriers. She has presided over multiple research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, Beijing Excellent Talent Training Funding, and Beijing Municipal University Young Top-notch Talent Cultivation Plan. In the past five years, she has published over 20 papers, including 12 SCI papers as first author or corresponding author, and has been granted 9 national invention patents. She has received honors including Beijing Excellent Talent (Young Backbone Individual) in 2016, Second Prize in the Young Teachers' Teaching Basic Skills Competition of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology in 2016, Beijing Municipal University Young Top-notch Talent in 2017, and Excellent Teacher of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology in 2018.
