This undergraduate program focuses on the talent needs of Beijing across cultural tourism, information technology, healthcare, intelligent manufacturing, and specialized innovative enterprises. Centered on the concept of "AI-empowered human resource management," the program integrates management expertise, digital technology, and real industry applications. Teaching Resources
The HRM program is underpinned by strong interdisciplinary resources in management, data science, and artificial intelligence. Students benefit from a multi-level practical training system that spans four years, covering frontier exposure, simulation-based practice, skills development, innovation training, and professional internships. The program is equipped with digital HR laboratories, behavioral and organizational analysis tools, and HR data analytics platforms that enable students to apply AI, Python programming, and data analysis to realize organizational problems. In addition, the major maintains close partnerships with enterprises, government agencies, and HR service institutions, offering abundant internship opportunities and industry-based learning. Meanwhile, these teaching resources create a modern and highly practical learning environment that helps students build strong HRM expertise, digital skills, and industry-ready competencies.
