Objective
This program is designed to cultivate professionals with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical engineering and fine chemical technologies. Graduates will be equipped to:

Research Areas
1. Pharmaceutical Engineering
Achievements: Published over 130 papers (80 indexed by SCI/EI), authorized 10+ patents, and developed commercial products such as the "Tang Bichi" hypoglycemic mulberry leaf tablet and "Lvxiang Tianxia" health drink. Contributions include the establishment of Beijing's pharmaceutical manufacturing safety standards and receiving a Second Prize for Outstanding Scientific Research Achievements in higher education.
Research Focus:
Development of new pharmaceutical products (chemical drugs, biologics, and traditional Chinese medicine).
Research on process scaling, quality monitoring, and equipment optimization.
Extraction of natural active ingredients and formulation of innovative drug delivery systems.
2. Fine Chemicals
Achievements: Published over 150 papers (100 indexed by SCI/EI), authorized 40+ patents, and industrialized technologies in drug intermediates and virus/viroid protein separation media. Recognized with awards such as the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize) and the Technology Invention Award (Third Prize).
Research Focus:
Development of drug delivery systems, in vitro diagnostic reagents, and virus/viroid protein separation media.
Green synthesis of pharmaceutical raw materials and drug intermediates.
